Our Story

We opened the doors to Cook's Tortas in the Spring of 2008. Before opening we spent the previous sixteen years traveling the globe, in search of the finest tortas. Come on in and try some of the creations and traditions we have encountered!

"My favorite has always been the Molcajete but after trying their Chicken Pastor, it has become my favorite by far. All food is fresh and their Aguas Frescas will leave your mouth asking for more. Huge tortas so make sure to share. Red fries are.also my favorite and for desert their cookies and sweet corn bread are days bomb!"
